Impact
43% less carbon, verified stage by stage
Every figure below is kgCO₂e per square metre of gross internal area, assessed to EN 15978 across eleven completed projects and independently reviewed.
Assessment
Where the reduction comes from
| Stage | Baseline | Achieved | Delta |
|---|---|---|---|
| Substructure | 182 | 141 | −23% |
| Superstructure | 410 | 198 | −52% |
| Envelope | 236 | 112 | −53% |
| Finishes | 94 | 71 | −24% |
| Whole life | 922 | 522 | −43% |
Method
How it was measured
Boundaries
Cradle to grave, modules A1–C4, with biogenic carbon reported separately and never netted against operational emissions.
Baseline
A like-for-like reinforced-concrete frame with mineral-wool envelope, designed to the same brief, floor area and structural grid.
Review
Datasets from EPDs where available; third-party review of the model and of every substitution assumption.
