Aligned reed strands laminated into floor and roof cassettes. Type 3 adds a densified outer lamella for diaphragm action, harvested annually from managed wetlands so each cycle sequesters carbon rather than spending it.

A cellular bio-polymer insulation that stays vapour-open, so assemblies dry outward instead of trapping moisture. Specified as a continuous layer, it removes the thermal bridges that quietly destroy calculated performance.
